Oniglo bought from zed-factor.com can be refunded within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state.

How To Refund

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
Courier the parcel back to us.

Refunds/Return

Upon careful examination of the returned product and ensuring that the bottle was unopened and oil has not been tampered with, a refund can be made.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order by reaching out on our instagram Messages (@zed.factor) before it is dispatched (The quickest way to get in touch with us). “Exchange & Return” policy will be applied once the order has been dispatched.
